Though its lovely today and not been waiting for some hours, the medical day unit is such a calm and gentle peace to be it is not a hardship and waiting is understandable. The care is exemplary and the staff kind and considerate.

What could be improved is more information. Like shampoo to use. (maybe make artist.) and insure the patient is comfortable when getting the mash filled (like with wedges) as that can't be changed when treatment starts.

There was nothing to improve. Everybody was amazing, very supportive. Warm and gentle people. The radiotherapy staff were a great team!
